摘要
本文介绍了CAD系统的软、硬件的选择及其基础软件的开发途径,建立了客车车体钢结构CAD子系统CBDFEA(CARBODYDESIGNFI-NITEELEMENTANALYSIS)。CBDFEA系统综合了计算机图形技术、数据库技术、有限元强度分析技术,包括完成车体梁柱布置总图、分析有限元强度的梁柱在节点和梁截面特性数据库以及管理程序,并具有功能很强的有限元软件包作支撑软件。本系统稍加改进,便能很好地为各种车辆的设计、分析服务。
The paper explains the reason as to how to choose hardware and software for CAD system,and the way of developing its basic software, of establishing branch system of CBDFEA to CAD for the bui1ding of steel construction for car body. The branch system is based on the combination of computer diagram skill,database skill,and finite element analysis, which includes the completion of all car body beam layout sketches, of finite element joints, of beam diameters surface characteristlc databbse and programme for management, The sytfem possesses effective software functions using the auxiliary software. If it is modified, it can serve for analysis and design of all purposes for vehicle.
