摘要
从统计数据准确性的一般概念及其影响因素入手,提出统计误差的处理必须从调查指标的设计工作开始,消除指标界定的"模糊性"是消除绝对误差的重要途径.并就如何提高误差处理的有效性提出了几点看法.
Based on the general concept of the accuracy of statistical data and the factors decreasing the accuracy of statistical data,this paper suggests that the pro- cessing of statistical error be based on the indicator design of statistical investiga- tion and decreasing the uncertainty of the indicators be the important approach of e- liminating the absolute error.Besides,some ideas are offered on how to increase the availability of the error handling.
