摘要
本文建立的螺纹中径当量全微分优化逼近模型,考虑了螺距误差和半角误差本身及其相互间对中径的综合影响,并用理想螺纹在径向和轴向二维逼近实际螺纹。计算机计算表明,和常用算法及三点接触式算法相比较,本文提出的算法最优。
In this paper,The optimum approach mathematic model kf complete differential for screw thread pitch diameter equivalent is consistent withthe shandard term for pitch diameter epuivalent.The model in detail conchers the comnposite effects of screw thread todal cumulation pitch error and flank angle error for the pitch diameter,and mate the true screw thread approach the actual screw thread with minimum envelope condition in radial and axial direction.The calculations with computer clearly show that the result with aigorithm of this paper is the optimum in comparison with the algorithm in conmon use and algorithm of three point cotuct.
