水稻顺流干操中爆腰问题的试验分析 被引量:7

摘要 本文通过对国内外有关水稻干燥过程中爆腰问题研究,对发展现状的检索及对在顺流干燥过程中,热风温度、热风流速、谷物流速、谷物初水分等各个因素对爆腰程度的影响的试验研究,采用了较合理的爆腰指数及爆腰指数增量做为评价干燥工艺优劣的指标.对水稻顺流干燥中的颗粒爆腰问题进行了较深入的研究和探讨,并提出了在保证谷物品质的前提下,较合理的水稻顺流烘干的工艺参数。 Depended on the investigation of the domestic and foreign contemporary materials concerning the rice kernel fissuring during drying, and the experimental study of the effect of hot air temperature,hot air velocity,grain flowing velocity and initial moisture content of the rice etc.on the kernel fissuring during concurrent flow drying,the fissuring problems during that kind drying was studied.By means of the concurrent flow drying,the rice quality that will be not severely devalued can be assured.Moreover,the kernel fissuring index and the increment of fissuring index were applied in the study and assessing of the concurrent flow rice drying.
