指出某些应用领域要求对数据库施加专门的数据约束，把判断一个数据库是否满足这种约束的问题归为数据语义判别提出了用相关语义网络的表示方法来表达数据约束。

In this paper, it is put forward that some application fields ask to restrain the data in data bases specially. We define the question, i.e. whether a data base meets this restriction or not, as the distinguishing of data semanteme. The method of correlative semantic network is presented for representing the data restricions, and the inference method of activating transmission is utilized to complete this kind of problem.
