摘要
介绍了一种采用新技术开发的声表面波(SAW)振荡器,它具有优良的高频特性、温度特性和抗颤动性能,并且具有结构简单,体积小,质量轻等优点。它提供了一种解决假信号引起的振荡失效的问题,使网络设备能获得一个稳定的电平,同时让我们感受到网络设备的飞速发展及其对电子元器件的更高要求。
We introduce a novel SAW oscillator made by a new technology with excellent high-frequency characteristic, temperature characteristic, jitter characteristic, simple structure, small volume and light weight, etc. By this article we also introduce a method of resolving the oscillating invalidation problem caused from a fake signal to give a steady voltage level to the network equipment. Meanwhile, from this article we can feel the network equipment is growing at a very fast speed and requests better electronic elements and devices.
