摘要
介绍了研制的超声电机预压力调整装置,单片机根据检测的压力值与设定值进行比较判断,通过内部自配减速机构的交流电机,减速增矩后带动万向轴旋转调整预压力。该装置可减少工作强度,提高工作效率,实现了超声电机预压力的自动调整。
This paper introduce the prepressure regulate apparatus. According to the difference of the detected pressure and the set pressure,single chip Microprocessor regulates the prepressure through AC motor which torque increased and speed decreased by a decreaser in itself. The apparatus is adopted to regulate the output pressure automatically with characters of reducing pressure and lifting up the efficiency of labor.
