摘要
在大功率高频道变电源电路中.开关管的开关损耗成为限制整机效率、功率和功率密度的重要因素,并直接影响整机的安全运行.在分析桥式逆变电路开关管工作过程和开关损耗的基础上,提出了一种新的开关工作模式和吸收网络设计,使电路工作在近似零压开关的状态,有效地减小了开关损耗.
Switching consumption becomes important to the power density and power efficiency of high frequency inverter power supply. It also affects the safety of inverter. The switching consumption of H-type inverter is discussed. As a solution, a new pattern of switching sequence and a new design of absorb circuit are raised. These methods enable the circuit to switch on or off under zero voltage and thus the switching consumption deduced.
