MnO_2对Pb(Ni_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3基复相陶瓷介电性能的影响

Dielectric Properties of MnO_2-doped Pb(Ni_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3-based Biphasic Ceramics

摘要 研究了少量MnO2添加对Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3基复相陶瓷的介电常数温度特性和频率特性、介质损耗及电阻率的影响。结果表明,少量MnO2的加入,改善了复相陶瓷的介温特性和频率特性,降低了介电常数;同时降低了介质损耗,特别是低频高温下的介质损耗,提高了电阻率。对MnO2在复相陶瓷中所起的作用进行了分析。 Effects of little MnO2 additive on temperature and frequency characters of dielectric constants, dissipation factor and electrical resistivity of Pb(Ni1/3 Nb2/3 )O3-based biphasic ceramics were studied. The results showed that temperature and frequency characters of dielectric constants for biphasic ceramics are improved and dielectric constants decrease by doping little MnO2. At the same time, dissipation factors decrease, especially of low frequency and high temperature, and electrical resistivity was increased also. The roles of MnO2 on PNN-based biphasic ceramics are analyzed.
