摘要 阐述和提出了同时用板材的加工硬化指数n值与各向异性系数γ值对极限翻边系数kf·c和极限胀形系数kb·c的定量预报作用和公式:从而,获得了板材拉伸类冲压成形性能用γ×n作非线性关系评定的研究结果. It is represented that the quantitative predicting function and the formula in the use at the same time of work - hardening exponent n and normal anisotrory γ to limit flanging coeficient kf·c and limit bulging coeficient kb·c: kf·c,kb·cThus a reseach result was obtained that the nonlinear function relation to sheet metal press formability of a kind of tensile deformation can be evaluated by using γ×n value.
