摘要
论述了三相参数不对称电力系统的数学模型，导出了简单故障（短路和断线）的计算机算法，编制了计算机程序设计原理框图．
The mathematical model of the unbalanced three - phase power system is described. The computer algorithm of simple faults(short-circuit and broken - line) is worked out, and the theoretical block diagram of computer program design is prepared.
