The Quantitative Research on University Original Technological Innovation: Based on Chinese University Study

摘要 随着原始性创新能力逐步成为世界科技竞争的制高点,加强我国原始性创新能力已成为刻不容缓的议题。高校及科研院所在技术创新中担负着重大的责任。针对原始性创新的议题,国内外为数不多的研究成果局限于定性研究,缺乏定量化和系统性。希望通过建立与数据结合的定量模型,对此有所探究。 For the reason that original innovation gradually becomes the acme of world science and technology competition, improving original innovation capability is more and more important. Science research institutes of university take very important responsibility on technology innovation, Up to now, a few researches on this subject were limited to qualitative study which lack quantum and systematization. This paper is exactly launched to do some more quantitative research on university original technological innovation based on Chinese district university research.
