摘要
以乙烯基硅氧烷为改性剂,采用核壳乳液聚合的方法,对苯丙乳液进行改性。改性乳液性能优异,涂膜的耐水、耐低温性能指标远高于苯丙乳液。以此乳液为基料制备的外墙涂料其各项性能指标均达到或超过GB/T9755—2001《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》规定的优等品要求。并对合成乳液的原料配比、反应温度、乳化剂、引发剂等因素对反应的影响进行了探讨。
Styrene-acrylic emulsion is modified using vinyl siloxane as modifier,by core-shell emulsion polymerization.The modified emulsion has excellent performance and the performance index of coating film i.e, water resistance and low temperature resistance are far better than that of styrene-acrylic emulsion.The performance index of exterior wall coating prepared taking this emulsion as base material all meet or above requirement of the best quality stipulated in GB/F 9755-2001 “Synthetic Resin Emulsion Exterior Wall Coating”. Discussions have been made on influence of raw materials proportioning,reaction temperature, emulsifier and initiator upon the reaction.
