摘要
介绍了将四阶中心B样条半正交二进小波用于故障电流特征时刻的确定,详细阐释了其理论依据;借助主保护、重合闸整定配置时间信息,在考虑保护和断路器正确动作、拒动、误动等情况下,就超高压电网发生简单故障,故障发生在本站或相邻站线路时,详细分析本站线路故障电流的变化特点,提出基于故障模拟量选线诊断新思想,克服了传统基于数字量信息故障选线诊断的缺陷。以华东电网某500kV子网作为仿真模型验证本文算法。
The four-level center B-spline semi-orthogonal dyadic wavelet was used to identify the singular points of the faulty current, and the theoretical support is analyzed. Based on the time setting of the main protections and reclosures, and considering various conditions of correct action, miss operation, and mal-operation of the protections and the circuit breakers, the abrupt changing characteristics of the faulty line current of the local substation where the oscillograph is installed are analyzed when simple network faults occur on lines of the local substation or nearby substa- tions. The novel algorithm for line selection based on fauh analog message is put forward, which overcomes defects in traditional algorithm based on digital message. The simulation experiment was conducted for 500 kV network of East China Power Grid to prove the effectiveness of the novel algorithm.
