摘要
论述基于G IS的配电网规划与设计,用于配电网规划的智能决策支持系统(IDSS)的结构和组成,以及基于G IS的配电网规划方法。利用G IS有效地考虑地理环境因素,无需复杂的计算便可实现配电网的规划,且规划过程更具交互性,规划接轨更具直观性,方案调整更具灵活性。
The planning and design of distribution network based on Geographical Information System （GIS）, as well as the structure and constitution of intelligent decision support system （IDSS） used for distribution network planning are recommended. Using GIS to effectively consider the geographical environment factors, it is easy to realize the distribution network planning without any complicated calculations. What＇s more, the planning process is interactive, the result is visible, and the modification is flexible.
