摘要
介绍了杭州市区的电力供需特点。尤其对当前开展需求侧管理的阻碍因素进行了详尽分析,结合对杭州城区的电力供需分析,提出开展科学长效的电力需求侧管理的若干建议。
The features of power supply and demand in the Hangzhou urban district are introduced, and the factors impeding the development of power demand side management （DSM） are analyzed in detail. Combining the power supply and demand analysis for the Hangzhou urban district, some suggestions on developing the scientific and long-term power DSM are put forward.
