摘要
随着知识农业经济的到来,农业的客观环境发生了巨大变化。需求饱和,商品信息灵通,使农户在买卖中真正地取得主动地位;消费个性化,需求变化快,使农业企业在生产和经营上必须真诚地依赖农户。虽然重视农户的道理似乎人人皆知,但如何重视的问题远未解决。农业企业经营者必须树立一个全新理念:把农户纳入企业的经营管理体系之中,使农户成功。
With the coming of agriculture knowledge-economy age, agriculture environment has occurred huge changes. Saturation requirements and well-informed message of commodity make farmers obtain active station veritably. At the same time, individual consumption and diverse demand make corporation depend on farmers in production and management. Although arguments that attach importance to farmers have been well-known, how to think more is not settled. Agriculture corporations must set up a new notion: Bring farmers into system of management, and make farmers succeed.
