加压微孔曝气反应器内气含率的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对内径0.3m、高1m的加压微孔曝气反应器内的气含率进行了系统的研究,得出了曝气通量、表面张力、粘度和系统压力对气含率的影响特性。得出在实验范围内,反应器内的气含率随曝气通量、操作压力的增大而增大,随表面张力、粘度的增大而减小,根据质量守恒定理和气泡聚并的能量理论作出了定性的解释,同时根据试验数据得出了气含率的实验关联式。 Gas holdup was measured in a micro-pore pressurized aeration bioreaetor with 0.3m in diameter and 1.0m in height. The effects of jet flux, surface tension, viscosity and pressure on gas holdup were investigated. Gas holdup increases with increase of jet flux and pressure, decreases with increase of surface tension and viscosity. An empirical correlation is presented on the base of experimental data. Average deviation is 5.3% and the biggest deviation is 21%.
