就世界各主要工业国家和地区有关废旧电子产品的立法状况,以及废旧电子产品的回收、处理再利用实施现状进行了综述。面对严峻现实,中国必须加快研制开发具有自主知识产权的废旧电子产品回收、处理工艺技术和设备的步伐。
Summarized current statuses of legislations, the actual States of treating and recycling of electronics that are out of use in the main industrializing countries and regions. Facing a severe challenge, it＇s an obligation for China to develop process technologies and key equipments for treating and recycling of electronics garbage that have our self＇s ownership intellectual property as quickly as possible.
