摘要
探讨组织环境因素对员工创造性成绩的影响是工作激励研究领域中的新动向。本文综述了组织环境中关于创造性概念的认识、创造性研究的方法、创造性因素的研究、创造性环境因素特征的研究与创造性环境因素的作用机制研究进展。结论认为创造性组织环境的研究还处于初级阶段,构建更为有效的理论框架,对创造性环境因素的心理意义予以揭示与整合将成为该领域研究中具有突破性意义的工作。
It is a new tend within the realm of researches on work motivation. The article reviews the points about the concept of creativity, the methods using in the studies, the studies about creative factors, the characteristics and mechanisms of creative context. We conclude that the studies about creative organizational context are primary. The further task is to put forward an effective theory to reveal and integrate the psychological meanings about creative context.
