美国《培养学校领导者》报告及其引起的争议 被引量:4

摘要 美国《培养学校领导者》报告依据一定的评价标准,对全关高校提供的教育管理人员培养项目进行了评价,认为总体上美国这类培养项目质量之低令人震惊,并对其存在的具体问题及形成原因进行了深入的剖析,提出了改进的建议。但该报告很快引起了争议,争论的焦点在于该报告是否真实反映了美国当前的教育管理人员培养项目现状,是否有助于提高它们的质量。
