摘要
我国能源分布和负荷中心分布极不平衡,随着电力需求的持续增加,在我国电网中发展和建设特高压输电是必然趋势。与其他国家相比,我国特高压输电面临一些特殊问题,如高海拔和重污秽等。文章在我国现已开展的研究工作的基础上,结合这些特殊问题,分别归纳了我国建设1000kV级交流和±800kV级直流输变电工程中需解决的一些特有技术问题,如高海拔地区的空气间隙放电特性、绝缘子污闪特性和交流电晕问题,以及高海拔地区直流绝缘子污闪特性等。同时论述了特高压交直流输电线路采用复合绝缘子的必要性和可行性。
The energy distribution and load center in China are very unbalanced, and along with the continued increase of power demand, the tendency of developing and buikiing UHV power transmission line in China is inevitable. Compared with other countries, UHV power transmission in China is faced with some special problems, such as high altitude and heavy pollution etc.. Based on research work of having now developed in China, and combined with these special problems, some peculiar technical problems that need to be solved in 1000 kV HVAC and ± 800 kV HVDC project are summarized, such as discharge characteristics of air gap in high altitude, pollution flashover characteristics of insuiator, and AC corona etc.. At the same time, the necessity and feassibility of adopting composite insuiator on UHVAC and UHVDC power transmission line are discussed.
