摘要
介绍了500kV江阴大跨越工程中标高为346.5m的跨越塔的设计情况。跨越塔采用格构式组合型钢结构,主要受力构件用焊接十字柱和角钢组合而成,采用屈服应力430~450MPa的高强度钢材,十字柱最大板厚为65mm。设计中进行了结构模拟试验、厚板焊接试验、部件强度试验和螺栓剪切试验等,克服了层状撕裂等设计难点;考虑了曲线型塔的埃菲尔效应。基础采用特殊设计的高强度预应力(PHC)桩,进行了拉弯、纯弯等机械强度试验和静力加载试验,验证了其可行性,并取得较好的经济效益。
The design condition of 346.5 m river crossing steel tower in 500 kV Jiangyin river crossing project was introduced. The combination structure of shaped steel was adopted for crossing tower. The main forced components were combined with welding cross column and angle steel, the yield strength of high - strength steel material was 430 - 450 Mpa, the biggest thickness of cross column was 65 mm. The structure simulation test, thick board welding test, parts strength test and bolt shearing test in design were carried out, which surmounted the design difficulties such as lamellar tearing and considered Eiffel effect of curve type tower. The high - strength pre - stressed piles (PHC) with special design were used for the foundation, and mechanical strength test and static force loading test were carried out, which verified its feasibility and got better economic benefits.
