摘要
针对华能德州电厂锅炉送风机曾经多次发生失速的情况,在介绍轴流送风机失速机理基础上,根据实测数据对送风机失速原因进行了分析,认为空预器堵塞严重导致管路阻力特性变化、送风机动叶开度过大是送风机失速的原因,并提出了送风机失速的处理及预防措施。
Stalling failures of axial flow forced draft fans of 2 209 t/h boilers in Huaneng Dezhou power plant ever occurred many times. On the basis of the introduced stalling mechanism of axial flow forced draft fan, the stalling cause of forced draft fan was analysed according to the actually measured data. It was held that, the serions clogging of air preheater led to the change in the characteristics of pipe resistance and excessively large opening of moving blades of forced draft fan, these were the canses of stalling of forced draft fan. Accorolingly, the handling and prevention measures for the stalling of forced draft fans were put forward.
