摘要 重专业素质考察,轻师德修养评定;重眼前“经济利益”,轻长远“社会效益”;重外在规范要求,轻道德内省作用;重道德说教,轻道德践行:是当前高校师德建设中存在的突出问题。解决这些问题关键是,把握高校师德的本质特征,找准师德建设的着眼点,营造良好师德氛围,建立师德评价体系,加强师德内化,从而逐步建立起师德的长效机制。 Valuing the inspection of teachers' professional quality and belittling the asessment of teachers' morals;valuing immediate "economic profits" and belittling long-term "social benefits"; valuing external standardization and belittling the effect of moral introspection; valuing moral preaching and belittling moral practice;these are the noticeable problems in the present building of college teachers' morals. The key to the resolution of these problems lies in that we grasp the essential features of college "teachers' morals, find out the exact focus of its building, develop favourable envirenment for it, set up an evaluating system of it, and strengthen its intemalization so as to set up step by step a long-lasting mechanism of teachers' morals.
