摘要
本文总结了100例康复期精神分裂症患者存在的心理问题,即矛盾心理、自卑心理、焦虑心理,护患交流中鼓励和劝导患者把自己的痛苦心理及压抑情绪喧泄出来,然后护患共同讨论、分析,以协助患者建立自知力,认识自身的社会存在价值,树立其战胜疾病的信心,有效杜绝意外行为的发生。同时,重视对家属及社会相关人群的健康指导,反复讲解遵医嘱服药的必要性,向患者周围人群传授与疾病相关的知识,呼吁多给患者以关心和理解,为其恢复健康创造一个良好的心理和社会环境,促进其早日康复。
To sum up the psychological problems of 100 patients with schizophrenia during rehabiliation,such as confcict mental,
inferiority mental and anxiety mental, encouraged patients to express their discontent, help patients to buildup themseLf knowledge, reginiced self social values,seted up confidence to defeat disease . At the same time given health instructions for families and relative peoples,explained the necessary of complince of doctor and relative knowledge, produced a good mental and social enviroment, advanced their rehabiliation.
