摘要
目的:应用Orem自理理论护理肠造口病人,提高肠造口病人对相关知识的掌握程度,提高其生存质量。方法:对53例肠造口病人随机分为两组,观察组28例,常规组25例。常规组给予常规护理及造口相关知识的指导,观察组应用Orem自理理论进行评估、护理。在出院前2d,对两组病人肠造口护理相关知识的掌握程度进行比较。结果:观察组对肠造口相关知识的掌握程度明显高于常规组。结论:将Orem自理理论运用于肠造口病人的护理,可增强病人的自信心,有助于病人回归家庭及社会,提高其生存质量。
Objective:Using Orem self-nursing to treat patients with fistula enterostomy, to raise the level of quafity life and mastering knowledge rlated to fistula. Method:53 patients with fistula enterostomy were divided into two groups, the observation group(n = 28 )using orem self-nursing and given evaluated and attended;the routine group( n = 25 )using normal nursing and given guide for relative knowledge. The knowledge correlated to the level of nursing fistula was compared between the two groups before to leaving hospital. Results: The level of correlated knowledge and degree of satisfaction in the observation group was obviously higher than those in the routine group. Conclusion: It is significant to use the Orem self nursing theory in nursing fistula after enterostomy. It may help the patients recur to household and society more enjoyably and enhance the qualiy of survive.
