颈动脉加压输液治疗脑梗死病人的护理

Nursing Care of carotid infusion add pressure to treat Brain infarction patients

目的:探讨颈动脉加压输液对脑梗死病人的治疗效果。方法:选择脑梗死住院病人152例,随机分为两组,治疗组(76例)行颈动脉加压输液和常规静脉输液交替治疗,对照组(76例)行单纯常规静脉输液治疗,比较两组病人的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈率为47.37%,总有效率达100%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:颈动脉加压输液用于治疗脑梗死病人效果显著。

Objective：Probe into the therapy effect of carotid infusion add pressure for patients with Brain infarction. Method：Selected 154 patients with Brain infarction inhospital and divided into therapy group（n= 76）and control group（n= 76）at random,the therapy group given carotid infusion add pressure and normal infusion alternately control group only accepted normal infusion,compared the effect between two groups. Result：The cure rate in therapy group was 47.37% ,effective rate was 100% ,there was remarkable well than control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）Conclusion：There is remarkable effect carotid infusion add pressure to treat Brain infarction patients.
