摘要
老年人退行性心脏瓣膜病是瓣膜和/或其支架的功能异常所引起的一组心脏病,也是引起老年人心衰和猝死的重要原因,临床上应严密观察病人生命体征、药物疗效与毒副反应,加强病人心功能不全的护理,使病人在良好的身心状态下接受治疗。

In clinical, we must observe patients＇ life , effect of durgs, side effect and enhanced nursing care of heart failure , keeped patients to accept therapy in a good mental condition.
