急诊观察室病人的心理需求调查分析

Observation of psychological requirement of patients in emergency room.

目的:了解急诊观察室病人的心理需求,并针对他们的心理需求更好地开展健康教育,进一步提高护理质量及留观病人的满意度。方法:随机选取在我院观察室观察2d以上的病人106例,采用问卷调查方法,所有受试病人均神志清楚,能够正确表达自己的感受,在离院前独立完成。结果:病人对疾病相关知识、护士的操作水平、护士的服务态度及出院指导的需求所占百分率较高(P<0.05),其次是对医院环境的需求。经健康教育后病人出院时满意度达到96.0%。结论:采取与病人相适应的健康教育内容,了解和掌握病人的心理需求,适时进行教育,对促进病人康复,预防疾病,建立健康行为有着重要的作用。

Objective： In order to understand patients＇ psychological requirement and improve nursing quality, we had launched out health education for patients in emergency room. Method： Randomly selected 106 patients with ramain fully conscious and could expressed their feels that given questionnaire investigate in our hospital. Result：The requirement of relative knowledge of disease, opera tion level and service attitude of nurse and discharge guidance were high（P 〉0.05） ,the second requirement was environment in hospital. The satisfied rate was 96.0 % after accepted health education when they left hospital. Conclusion： The result shows that it is necessary for improving patients＇ rehabilation,guarding against and building up patient is health action to accept correct health education and grasp patients＇ psychological requirement at the right moment.
