Study on Information Resource Planning of "Digital Campus"

本文首先运用“米歇模型”解析了目前数字校园建设的目标定位,并分析了数字校园的本质内涵。在此基础上进一步讨论了当前数字校园建设的先导性工程——信息资源规划的含义与内容,最后分析了数字校园信息资源规划的基础性工作——信息资源管理基础标准。

This paper firstly analyzes the object of the constructing project of ＂digital campus＂ based on the ＂Misehe Model＂. Then, it discusses the definition and content of IRP of ＂digital campus＂, which plays an important role in the constructing project of ＂digital campus＂. Finally, this paper analyzes the basle criterion of IRM, which is the fundamental task of IRP of ＂digital campus＂.
