摘要学术信息开放存取模式是一种新的信息交流和出版模式。本文在深入分析它的运行机制的基础上分析了它产生的原因,用历史演进的思想剖析了它的实质,并探讨了它将来的发展前景。 Open access model of scholarly information is a new information communication and publish model. We have tmalysized the mechanism of it, on this base, We have discussed the nature and the cause of open asccess model of scholarly information in a history evlution idelolgy view. And we forecasted it＇s future.
