立磨粉磨细物料这种特殊情况在水泥工业中有一定的现实意义。本文介绍了华新水泥厂ATOX立磨粉磨≤25mm的原料的实践经验,强调指出调整研磨压力,同时加大磨内喷水量是实现稳定操作的关键。

It is of significance to grind the fine materials in the cement industry with the roller mill, which is special. In this article, the experiences in grinding the raw materials with the size of no more than 25 mm in an A-TOX roller mill in Huaxin Cement Plant are presented. The author maintains that the key to the stable operation is to adjust the grinding force and increase the water spray. The tests show that, when the fine materials are ground, the power consumption can be reduced and the mill throughput can be increased.
