摘要 对导线绝缘层的可燃性研究提出了功能模拟的方法,在地面正常重力条件下模拟微重力环境下导线的传热过程以及着火征兆.给出了功能模拟的概念、条件,并建立了功能模拟试验装置,试验结果验证了功能模拟是一种模拟微重力环境下导线绝缘层先期着火征兆的有效方法. A functional simulation method is proposed in this paper to study the heat transfer process and ignition precursor in normal gravity to simulate the environment occurrence at microgravity. The concept and conditions of the functional simulation are presented. A wire insulation experimental facility is established. The results show the validity of studing the ignition precursor of wire insulation by the functional simulation method.
