摘要
目的:探讨中药“脊髓康”对实验性脊髓损伤的作用和机理。方法:采用热板法、扭体法两种方法观测脊髓康对小鼠镇痛作用;通过对血管通透性、棉球肉芽肿的影响观测脊髓康的抗炎作用。结果:脊髓康能提高小鼠的热板刺激所致的痛阈值,延长醋酸引起扭体反应出现的潜伏期,能明显减少肉芽组织重量,可抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血通透性增加,结论:显示脊髓康对化学性、物理性刺激具有一定的镇痛作用,并有一定的抗急慢性炎症的作用,能防止脊髓损伤的继发性改变,促进脊髓组织的恢复和再生。
Objective:To explore the effect and mechanism against experimental spinal cord injury of jisuikang. In order to observe the analgesia function of jisuikang, "heat board experiment" and "swing body experiment" was preformed on rats. By observed the influence on vessel permeability and tampon granuloma, the effect on anti inflammation had been observed. It came out that jisuikang had a definite analgesia function against chemic and physical stimulation, also it had a definite effect against acute and chronic inflammation. It could prevent secondary affection changes of spinal cord injury and accelerate the recovery and regeneration of spinal cord tissue.
