食道癌术后两种吸氧方法舒适度比较

Comparison on comfort degree of two kinds Of oxygen inhalation methods for patient after esophagus cancer operation

目的研究两种吸氧法对食道癌手术后病人SPO2及舒适度影响。方法将50例32-68岁施行食道癌手术后的病人采用自身交叉实验方法进行传统法和改良法吸氧,比较两种吸氧方法对病人SPO2、舒适度、吸氧治疗依从性的影响。结果两种吸氧方法SPO2差异无显著意义(P>0．05),舒适度差异有显著意义(P<0．001), 86％的病人选择改良法吸氧。结论两种吸氧方法均能达到氧疗效果,改良法可减少病人吸氧时不适感,提高舒适度及吸氧治疗的依从性。

Objective To study the effect of amendatory methods of oxygen inhalation on SPO2 and comfort degree for patients after esophagus cancer operation. Method 50 patients with esophagus cancer operation were selected and given oxygen inhalation by both traditional and amendatory method. Contrast study was done to compare the effect of the two methods of oxygen inhalation based on SPO2 and comfort degree and compliance of the patients. Results There are no significant difference in SPO2 between the two methods （P〉0.05）. there was significant difference in degree of comfort （P〈0. 001）. 86 percent of the patients selected the amendatory one. Conclusion Both oxygen inhalation method can achieve curative effect, the amendatory one can significantly reduce discomfort.
