广播电视工程有别于公共或工业建筑，针对其特殊性，讨论了广播电视工程中空调系统的温湿度参数的设定、空调系统新风量的选取及综合旅游电视塔空调系统设计中的几个特殊问题（如高空风环境对空调设计的影响，高空室外温度与地面温度的差异与外围护结构对耗热量的影响等）。
