摘要
文章在简述现有搅拌桩桩身质量检测评判方法的基础上,运用统计分析原理中主成分分析,对某高速公路桩身质量评分准则的检测部位、SPT-N、Ucc-qu、龄期、稠度状态等检测指标进行分析研究,得出原评分标准中,以5m为界划分不同评分标准、SPT-N与无侧限抗压强度、稠度状态间计分比例不合理以及今后可考虑检测部位土层的土性对成桩质量的影响,检测标准应有所差异等结论。对今后搅拌桩检测方法及评判标准的改进与完善,具有参考意义。
Based on the review of existing detection and evaluation for quality of cement-mixed columns, employing principal component analysis of statistical analytical principle, this paper studies detected position, SIT-N, unconfined compression strength, time and consistency of the graded approach used in quality assurance and concludes that it is unreasonable to demarcate rating criterion by a pile length of 5m, and the irrational graded proportion in SIT-N, tmeonfined compression strength and consistency.And in the future the standard of the grade estimation of cement -mixed columns should consider the nature of the soil at detected position for quality of cement -mixed columns.
