正交异性钢桥面板第一体系受力状态对铺装层的影响 被引量:8

摘要 针对不同桥型主梁上正交异性钢桥面铺装层破坏的差异,采用预应力模拟正交异性钢桥面板的第一体系应力,用有限元方法计算作用有不同预应力水平的局部正交异性钢桥面系在标准轴载作用下的力学响应,得到了局部桥面系铺装层的各控制指标值分别随预应力水平的变化关系。结果表明,第一体系纵向正应力对铺装层表面最大纵向拉应变影响显著,第一体系横向正应力对铺装层表面最大横向拉应变影响较大,而第一体系应力状态对最大肋间相对挠度的影响很小、对层间最大剪应力基本没影响。 By use of pre-stress simulation of the first structural system stress of the orthotropic steel bridge deck and calculation of the mechanical responses in the local orthotropic steel bridge deck system under the standard axle load and multi-level pre-stresses, the paper presents the relationships of the control indexes of the pavement with the pre-stress levels.The calculated results indicate: the first structural system stress of the orthotropic steel bridge deck can have great effects on the largest longitudinal tensional strain and the largest transverse tensional strain in the pavement surface, the first structural system stress of the orthotropic steel bridge deck have little effects on the largest rib-crossed relative flexure with almost no effect on the largest between-layers shearing stress. The mechanical condition can be improved greatly by increasing the longitudinal component of the first structural system stress in the orthotropic steel bridge deck.
