摘要 对软岩巷道快速机掘面应用长压短抽除尘系统,采用KC-061型湿式旋流除尘器除尘进行了相似模拟实验研究。根据实验测试及分析结论,在现场进行了应用及工艺配套优化,取得了较好的降尘效果,掘进机司机处总粉尘浓度由原来的平均860 mg/m3降至45 mg/m3,改善了作业环境的劳动卫生条件。 Simulated experiment and study were conducted in the speedy heading face in a soft rock roadway with mixed dust collection system and KC-061 Wet Cyclone Dust Collector. Based on the experimental measurements and analysis, the application and technological optimization were made at the site, better dust suppression effect was obtained and the environmental condition at the working site was thus improved.
