Study on Technical Assistant System of Construction Expenses for Transmission Projects

施工成本的预测是成本管理体系中的关键,是工程项目施工成本计划编制的基础。对施工企业从参与施工招投标,乃至工程结算及施工总结都有着极其重要的意义。文章基于灰色系统理论,弥补了以往施工成本预测方法的不足,将工程施工成本视为灰色系统加以研究。对输电线路施工成本为非线性复杂情况的问题,进行了探索和实践。提出一种施工成本预测的新方法,并按要求工期寻求最低成本时的计划安排,给出了工期、费用的最优决策。

The prediction of the construction cost is the key issue in the cost management system and basis for composition of the cost planning of the engineering projects. Based on the gray system theory the paper makes up the shortcoming of the former prediction method and takes the construction cost as a gray system for study. It also investigates the complex of the transmission construction cost and puts forward a new method for the prediction. It seeks for a planning and arrangement of the lowest cost according to the required schedule and gives out the optimum decision for the schedule - cost.
