摘要
采用混合模型建立了圆柱旋流器内液固多相流动的数学描述,并用雷诺应力模型描述湍流,对圆柱旋流器的多相流流场和随时间变化的分离机理进行三维数值模拟,得到了旋流器内不同截面上的速度分布和不同时间的体积分布状况。数值计算结果为前人的试验和理论总结提供了有力的支持,对旋流器的进一步研究有指导意义。
A multiphase flow model is established in columnial hydrocyclone using mixture muhiphase model and Reynolds stress model. Numerical simulation of multiphase flow field and separating process using above multiphase flow model has been done. The tangential velocity, axial velocity, radial velocity and volume fraction of two phase in various period of time have also been analysed. The result of numerical study provide strong theorical support for experiment and theory that former have done.
