摘要
以1420冷连轧机五机架冷连轧机为背景,建立六辊冷连轧机轧辊不平衡的动态模型,并对该模型进行了仿真。共有2种情况:一种情况是摩擦系数不变,而辊径变化时上下辊的不平衡量及其曲线;另一种情况是辊径不变时,摩擦系数变化时上下辊的不平衡量及其曲线;然后进行仿真结果的分析。
This article is rooted on the five - stand 1420 cold - rolling mills, establishes the six roller cold rolling dynamic unbalanced model and its simulation is also done. There are two kinds of conditions: one is the unbalanced curve of the above and below roller when the frictional coefficient is varied and the rollers' diameter is constant, the other is the unbalanced curve of the above and below roller when the frictional coefficient is constant and the rolls' diameter is varied, then analyzes the simulation result.
