针对在现代工业生产中存在的测量方法落后,测量精度低、只能进行接触式测量、控制不精确等问题,提出把霍尔传感器应用于工业生产中,霍尔传感器是利用霍尔效应做成的对磁场敏感的传感器。由于具有结构简单、动态特性好、可进行非接触式测量等优点,把它用于产品的检验、自动控制以及产品计数中,它的使用不仅满足了生产的需要,还提高了生产效率和控制的精度。

Hall＇ s sensor is sensitive to magnetic field utilizing Hall ＇ s effect of material. Because it has the simply structure, the good dynamic characteristic and may carry on non - contact measure merit . Apply it to product examination, automatic control and products counting, its use not only satisfied the production need also enhance the production efficiency and the control precision.
