摘要
在对“公司+农户”组织模式进行系统分析的基础上,利用系统动力学流率基本入树建模法,建立了“公司+农户”模式的反馈结构模型。并利用X-0-1行列式计算出系统的反馈基模,通过对系统主导反馈基模的分析,揭示了“公司+农户”模式中双重违约行为的根源,并给出了具体的管理方针。图5,参8。
Based on the system analysis on the model＇ company ＋ farmer household＇, using the method of rate-variable fundamental in-tree, we established a feedback structure model on＇ company ＆ peasant household＇ model. Through X-0-2 determinate, principal feedback archetypes were calculated and analyzed. Reasons of two-way contract violation behavior in＇ company ＆ peasant household＇ were revealed and management strategies were put forward.
