摘要
目的研究砂仁对大鼠功能性消化不良的治疗作用及其可能机制。方法健康成年Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为对照组、模型组和实验组。测定各组大鼠胃排空,并测定大鼠血浆及胃窦组织P物质、胃动素的含量。结果模型组大鼠胃排空明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组大鼠胃排空增加,与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);模型组大鼠血浆及胃窦组织P物质、胃动素的含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组则明显增加。结论砂仁对大鼠功能性消化不良有一定的治疗作用,其机制可能与P物质、胃动素的增加有关。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Amomum villosum on functional digestion disorder in rats. METHODS All 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and Amomum villosum group. The gastric motility changes of rats were assayed by Dextran blue- 2000 as an indicator; contents of motilin(MTL), substance P(SP)in plasma, antral tissue were detected with radioimmunoassay, RESULTS Compared with control group, the gastric motility in model group was markedly delayed( P 〈 0.01 ) and the contents of MTL and SP were markedly decreased in plasma and antral tissue( P 〈 0.05) , but the gastric motility and the contents of MTL and SP had no significant difference( P 〉 0.05) after treatment with Amomum villosum. CONCLUSION The improving effects of Amomum villosum on functional digestion disorder in rats may be corelated to the increased contents of MTL and SP in plasma and antral tissue.
