摘要
中远化工1号空分塔基础隔冷层采用300mm厚珠光砂混凝土,配制时采用商品引气剂取代自制泡沫剂,在混凝土的搅拌、浇筑和养护等施工方面采取了有效措施,并留设恒重试块,各项性能指标满足设计要求,加快了施工进度。
A 300 mm-thick layer of expanded-sand concrete was cast to insulate the tower foundation from low temperature attack. Commefical air-entraining agent was used when mixing conrete instead of self-made one. And effective measures were taken in the construction of concrete mixing, casting and curing, while constant weight specimens were also made for testing. Concrete properties satisfied the design requirements, and construction of the tower foundation was thus speeded up.
