摘要
采用正交设计的方法,考察了6-BA、NAA、2.4-D、IBA这四种常用生长调节物质对中华芦荟叶片愈伤组织的诱导效果。结果表明:在MS基本培养基中,这四种生长物质对芦荟叶片愈伤组织的诱导均具极显著效果,其诱导效果大小表现为6-BA>IBA>2.4-D>NAA;在多种不同的生长物质配比中,以6-BA4.0mg/L+NAA0.25mg/L+2.4-D3.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L对愈伤组织的诱导效果最好。
The effects of 6-BA, NAA, 2.4-D, and IBA on the leave callus of Aloe were studied by using L9 (3^4) orhogonal design. The variance analysis of the experimental results showed that the actions of the four factors were all extremely remarkable in MS medium. Among the four factors, 6-BA was the most important one for the callus induction of Aloe leaves, followed by IBA, then 2.4-D, and NAA was the weakest .The best combination of plant growth substances for callus induction was 6-BA4.0mg/L + NAA0.25mg/L+2.4-D3.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L.
