综述了秋水仙素诱导葡萄四倍体研究的最新进展。探讨了秋水仙素诱导葡萄四倍体的影响因素和主要诱变方法,概述了诱变植株在形态学、组织学、孢粉学、细胞学、分子生物学和生理生化等特征特性方面的变化,并阐述了与之相应的鉴定方法;分析讨论了秋水仙素诱导葡萄四倍体所存在的一些问题,以期为诱变葡萄四倍体及广泛开展葡萄多倍体育种提供理论依据。

This article summarized the latest progress in grape tetraploid induced with colchicines. The impact factors and main inducing methods with colchicines were discussed. The characteristics of induced tetraploid grapvines in morphology, histology, spero-pollen, cytology, molecular biology, physiology and biochemistry were described. The methods for tetraploid identification were also presented. The current problems and future research aspects were discussed for grape ployploid breeding.
