摘要
以改善发动机的燃油经济性为目的,采用发动机台架试验和模拟计算的方法对B231发动机性能进行研究开发。首先利用AVL的BOOST软件对发动机进行建模,通过试验确定边界条件,与试验结果比较表明了该模型有较高的模拟精度。利用所建模型预测喷油时间对发动机性能的影响,筛选出最佳方案,并通过试验验证。在满足欧-Ⅱ排放法规的前提下,使B231发动机在标定点油耗率降低5%。
This paper describes how to develop engine B231 by engine bench test & cycle simulation calculation in order to reduce fuel consumption of the engine. At first, the engine model was built by AVL's BOOST software, then the boundary condition was decided by test, at last the simulation result was compared with the test result. It was proved that the built model is reasonable by the comparison.. Based on this,the simulation calculation was used to forecast that injection timing how affect engine performances, to filtrate the best project. It was proved that the simulation calculation result is right by engine bench test. On the base of the engine emission fully meeting Euro-Ⅱ emission regulation, the engine fuel consumption reduces by 5 percent.
